Symptoms
Normalizing a PDF file might cause images to disappear in very specific circumstances (in case of JPEG2000 compressed images in combination with a softmask). As a side effect, the Automation Engine Viewer may not show some images when viewing such a PDF.

This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches.
Installation Instructions
Stop the master Automation Engine 12.1.0 Server (and assistants/ standins if any). Install the hotfix on the server(s) and restart them. Close PackEdge-Plato 12.1 before installing this hotfix. Important Remark: Note that when there is a viewing problem, for instance, on an already normalized PDF file, the normalization should be redone with the hotfix in place. Note too that tasks that prepare for viewing need to be re-run with the hotfix in place as well, to correct the prepared view data.
