Symptoms
After the update to Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks), it is no longer possible to activate or deactivate the licenses. The following error appears: Exception: Internal error. Please restart the application. Internal error message: Major error code 1, minor error code 41044, system error code 0. Note: This hotfix only solves the issues with license activation, other Esko software might also not work as expected but this can be verified via the system requirements.
