Symptoms
When opening Version_10_1.pdf and/ or Version_12_0_1.pdf the vignette is still visible but field in Color factory remains empty, so color field can't be edit any more. Some color gradients could not be edited in the user interface. This was the case with color gradients where each color is the same, but where the transparency varies over the gradient. In this situation, the color did not get added to the palette, making it impossible to edit. Additional information: Output is still okay, but vignettes are not editable any more in PackEdge, even making a new one in PackEdge 12.1.1, after saving the file, color field remains "empty" (transparent white).
