Symptoms
Problems with tiff files generated by "export to artpro ticket". When tiff files contains CMYK + extra alpha channel quick look crashes on our tiff file and locks the tiff when trying to create a preview. Because the file get locked the workflows can't continue as file can't be accessed.

Obsoletes prior HF_163, HF_137, HF_134, HF_126, HF_122 and HF_79 for Automation Engine 10.1.
Installation Instructions
Stop the master server (and assistants/standins if any) – install the hotfix on the server(s) – restart (them).
