Symptoms
Users with deactivated access right "Tickets: Show All Tickets and their Parameters (Public and other)" may receive below error when trying to open or look at the "Tickets" view in the Pilot:
The following exception occurred while trying to load the plugin com.barco.bg.core.server.ui.tgf.TGFS_TPilotPlugInTE:
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
These users may also experience issues with organizing Favorites.
All tickets may still show up, and it may not be possible to add tickets.

Dependencies
This hotfix obsoletes prior hotfixes 201911019 and 201911004 for Automation Engine 18.1.1 build 1329.
Installation Instructions
Install the hotfix on the master AE 18.1.0 server - it is not necessary to stop and restart the server.
As the fix is in the Pilot, it will become available after starting a new Pilot session and installing the software update.
