Symptoms
When trying to connect to an Automation Engine server that has a public IP address from ArtPro+ 20.0 or PackEdge 20.0, the application will state that it does not know an Automation Engine by that name, while the Automation Engine Pilot can connect to it.

Dependencies
This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches.
Installation Instructions
1. If you do not want to lose the officially released versions of the software, please rename the application folder names prior to installing the hotfix build. Otherwise they will be overwritten.
Default locations for installation are:
ArtPro+ 20.0 Mac: HD:Applications:ArtPro+ 20.0.0
ArtPro+ 20.0 Windows: C:\Esko\bg_prog_artpro+_v200
PackEdge 20.0 Windows: C:\Esko\bg_prog_packedge_v200
2. Run the hotfix installers.
3. For ArtPro+ specifically: The splash screen and About panel should state that it is ArtPro+ 20.0.0 (10027).
