Symptoms
Edge/Chrome freezes for multiple seconds when opening file in viewer
Edge/Chrome freezes for multiple seconds when switching between pages
Edge/Chrome indicates "The following page has become unresponsive" when opening the viewer.
This blocking behavior can take up to 2 minutes, after the initial freeze, the viewer works correctly without any problems.
