Symptoms
When opening the Static Print Job ticket, the following warning message appears: “The Static Print Job ticket <smartname> is no longer available on the DFE. The default ticket will be used instead”. Also, the DFE ticket is not found when launching a workflow containing that ticket. The Print on Digital Press Task fails with the error “printjob creation fails” when the SmartName resolves to a Print Job Ticket containing spaces.

Installation Instructions
On the Client: # Close the Automation Engine Pilot and/or any other Client application. # Install the hotfix. On theServer: # First stop the Master Server and any assistants or standins. # Now, install the hotfix on the Server(s). # Restart the Server(s) to complete the installation of hotfix.
