Symptoms
- The "Export to 3D" task fails for normalized PDF files coming from ArtPro.
- When opening a normalized PDF file generated by Artpro, die objects were not recognized.
- When reusing the same image with different scaling in a normalized PDF, the difference in scaling is lost after passing through the "Optimize PDF Document" task when it applies a "Downsample Images" action.
- The problem only occurs though when the resulting normalized PDF file is opened or further processed in a BRIX context (PackEdge-Plato, Automation Engine tasks, … - not in Acrobat nor FlexRip).

Dependencies
Replaced by HF32: Processing a specific normalized PDF file generated by ArtPro (f.i. creating a report with it or performing step & repeat) might cause design elements to disappear.
Installation Instructions
AE: Stop the master server (and assistants/standins if any) – install the hotfix on the server(s) – restart (them). Packedge-Plato: stop the application and install the hotfix
