Symptoms
The BRIX graphic kernel (as used in PackEdge f.i. or in a number of tasks on Automation Engine) may render some exotic gradients wrongly for normalized PDF files created in older (10.x or 12.x) versions. The problem only occurs in files with objects that have "double transparency": blend-vignettes in combination with flat-color-vignettes with varying transparency.

Dependencies
This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches.
Installation Instructions
PackEdge/Plato: Close PackEdge/Plato and double click the hotfix executable on each PackEdge/Plato workstation. Automation Engine: Stop the master Automation Engine 14.1.1 Server (and assistants/standins if any). Install the hotfix on the server(s) and restart (them).
