Symptoms
- The Automation Engine Viewer hangs or could be unstable. - When trying to view files in the Viewer, the following error might occur: "Failed to connect to server: ...".

Installation Instructions
Install the hotfix on the master Automation Engine 12.1.1 Server (and assistants/stand-ins if any). It is not necessary to stop and restart. As part of the fix is in the Pilot, it will become available after starting a new Pilot session and installing the software update.
