Symptoms
There are two different document types (based on template documents) with different attribute categories to be created during project creation. One type is for unique items and the other one is for ‘common’ items. The data needed for the common items is very different and handling in the workflow is different for each as well. Using a single button to create them would be confusing to the users and transferring them to Document References is not ideal as these files are used to create other files and are never touched and should not be by users. The issue is that two buttons are presented, but which ever one is used first is the document and category that is then presented for every subsequent addition regardless of which button is pushed.
