Symptoms
In Safari and Internet Explorer, when using the saved search, the results are only shown when changing the window size.
When Document Search Results are shown in "Card View" mode, the results do not always appear when the page is loaded. The results appear in some browsers but in other browsers on some systems it does not.
Resizing the window always makes the Cards appear if they were not visible (workaround). This hotfix makes sure the cards appear always on all browsers without the need to resize the window. This issue occurs in 16.1 and 16.1.1 but this hotfix is for 16.1.1 only.
