Symptoms
This issue occurs on Project Creation page or Attributes page, it works fine on basic view page.
When a new content is added as use by reference or taking already referenced content to local project.
For example - User adds Marketing claim from a library project and performs approval for this content. Another example is user takes Warning Statement to local project to update and approve content.
