Symptoms
Often, the function is not useful at all because a limited list of (not ideal) suggestions are shown. User will have to navigate to smart-text statements in an alternative way causing frustration.
The auto-suggestion functionality is not showing the best suggestions and there is no way to navigate to them. The problem is that sorting is not ideal and UI limits to 8 suggestions with no chance of showing more.
The fixed list of stop characters are not working well with the statements that are in the customer's library.
