Symptoms
The margin in Esko XMP in Normalized PDF file is wrongly rounded.
The 4.5pt margin (Media Box) is saved as 1.588mm, which is 0.0625196850393701 inch, so you get 0.0625" in DeskPack (4 decimals) and 0.06252 in Automation Engine (5 decimals).
However, the exact value of 4.5pt is 1.5875mm or 0.0625".

Installation Instructions
Make sure Adobe® Illustrator® is not running. Double-click the disk image to mount it and proceed with the installer found inside.
NOTE:
On Mojave and Catalina macOS's, the installer generates a 'malicious software' message.
- Close the message and go to 'System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General.
- Enable 'App Store and identified developers'.
- Click 'Open Anyway'.
You will again see the 'malicious software' message, but this time a 'grayed out' open button will be in the message. Click the 'grayed out' open button and install the software (More details here: https://wiki.esko.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=273377118 ).
