Symptoms
Try to save a file on a server (save ArtPro, export PDF, …).
In certain environments - typically but not exclusively environments where a virus scanner is active -, this will lead to an error being displayed: "Error#-54 while opening file".
On the server, a file has been generated but it is empty (0kB).
