Symptoms
When a document has multiple versions, and you executed an Execute JS node (or JavaScript rule action) changing document properties (e.g. the name), the Last_Version_Index column of the Document record in the Documents table gets reset to 1.
When such a corrupted document is used in document references, the document reference flags a warning that it is not pointing to the latest version (although it is).
Setting document version properties (e.g. attributes) in a JS node or rule action doesn't work if you also set document properties.
