Symptoms
When the user tries to use the "T" tool, in the Text menu, the tool does not enable the field where it is possible to place the text for conference and with that the WebCenter Viewer tries to load the fonts of the texts in the artwork, but the WebCenter Viewer cannot load the fonts and asks to try again later.
