Symptoms
Saved Search document sources which contain SmartNames are not working in Dashboard blocks in WebCenter 21.03.
When configuring a document source with a Saved Search with SmartNames in the dashboards and trying to open it, it doesn't work and shows an empty popup.
Certain PCM functionality might not work and show a similar error message "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.esko.webcenter.smartnames.SmartNameDictionary" in the catalina.log files.
Additionally, another error can be found only once in the log files at any moment between the start of the webserver and the NoClassDefFoundError: "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: D:\Artios\WebCenter\WebServer\tomcat\bin\native_runtime\wcr_lib\inttunewrapper.dll: Can't find dependent libraries".
