Symptoms
On Big Sur (macOS 11), with language set to Japanese, launch ArtPro or ArtPro+ 21.03 and try to open a document. The application will quit.
No such issue occurs when the language is set to any of the other supported languages.
No issue on macOS 11.0.x, but it does occur on the later updates of macOS 11 (currently, the latest released version is macOS 11.4).
This occurs when the macOS version is 11.x (Big Sur) and when the language environment is set to Japanese.

Dependencies
This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches.
Installation Instructions
Run the hotfix installer (ArtPro+ 21.03 build 10030). Note that this will be installed in the "ArtPro+ 21.03" Applications folder, so the official customer release build (10029) will be overwritten if the application folder is not renamed prior to the installation of the hotfix build.
