Symptoms
After launching ArtPro+ 21.11, within the next few seconds the License Info dialog pops up. At the top of the dialog you'll see the message stating that one or more licenses are not available.
You have defined a license server and its status is OK (green status icon).
None of the licenses that you requested from the license server return a NOT OK status (= license check box is ticked, but status icon is red).
To be able to continue the ArtPro+ session, you have to click the "Continue" button each time you relaunch ArtPro+.

Dependencies
This hotfix has no known dependencies on other hotfixes or patches
Installation Instructions
Quit ArtPro+ and run the installer.
Notes:
- If an ArtPro+ 21.11 application folder already existed on the system, it will be replaced. After installing the hotfix, the About panel in ArtPro+ will then state ArtPro+ 21.11 build 10019 (the officially released build was build 10016).
- The installer contains all required components, so it can also be installed on a system on which no ArtPro+ 21.11 was installed before.
