Symptoms
The site times out, and gives the user a "Keep Working" pop up even with activity on the site. After the user selects "Keep Working" the pop up goes away for a few seconds, and then returns, still counting down the seconds to respond. When the seconds reaches zero, the user is logged out without further warning and all work is lost unless it is parked for later.
