Symptoms
When trying to connect DeskPack Shuttle to Automation Engine no connection is established, even if the same user can successfully log in with pilot.
Domain User/LDAP USER not able to connect from Shuttle plugin, but OK in BSClient and Pilot and Shuttle client. Internal user is OK.
Diagnostics.txt: SOAP Error: Cannot connect to server: Timeout was reached) bgmd.log: connection is OK
