Symptoms
The database is slowed down by long hanging queries of the format:
SELECT *
FROM Project_Group_Permissions WHERE (Group_Id) IN (
SELECT Group_Id
FROM Users_In_Group WHERE User_Id = N'00002_0000001054'
AND (Deleted)=0)
AND (Deleted)=0
On systems with a high number of project group permissions, this is causing the application to slow down in general.
