Symptoms
When the Nutritional Report is created, some special characters and subscript characters are replaced with a # and are not correctly shown in the document.
Incorrect characters are shown when previewing within the PCM PDF output.

Installation Instructions
Run the installer EXE on both the application server and the the web server and follow the instructions.
The newly installed file WebInstance/pcm/TablePreviews/default/fonts/ArialUnicodeMS.ttf should be copied manually from the Web Server to the Application Server and placed in the "default\fonts" folder of your table preview directory. The default location is "…\WebCenter\ApplicationServer\pcm\TablePreviews\default\fonts". The actual location can be found in the appconfig.xml file, in the element table_preview_dir.
