Symptoms
SAML approval no longer works in Chrome or Edge. User sometimes sees errors or gets logged out after signing his approval with SAML.
After the user re-enters the password using SAML to complete a task or approve a document, they sometime get automatically logged out. It is not very clear as long as the user stays on the same page, but from the moment the user tries to navigate they will see that they are no longer logged in. This sudden log out is usually also accompanied with other errors.
