Symptoms
When view files are generated for documents on S3, the view file names receive an extra suffix. This suffix changes each time the view files are regenerated. The new view files are also pulled into the cache, but:
- the old view files and annotations are still available in the cache.
- the annotation files are renamed (to have the same base name as the view files), but the renamed ones are not pulled into the cache.
