Symptoms
Regenerate document views on projects having annotations gives the following when attempting to access the document details:
The file does not exist ViewFile <S3Accessor ID: 00002_0000000011 Name: XXXXXX-XXXXXX-wcr-prd-wf-data ReadOnly: false,us-east-2/XXXXXX-XXXXXX-wcr-prd-wf-data,ViewFilePointer<1,a122b645-93bc-4bb4-8c4b-c475d98ffa95_99.xfdf,views/00002_0000287525/1/a122b645-93bc-4bb4-8c4b-c475d98ffa95_99.xfdf>> was not found on NTFS
Commonly the document may still be rendered to the Viewer by clicking the thumbnail.
Observing the views cache of the document shows it now has duplicate copies of the view files. The following path is an example: …:\FileStore\views\cache\000028\00002_0000287525\ including if any sub-folders for multi-page documents.

HF_202303003: Viewing fails for copied Documents with View Files stored on AWS S3 or where the View Files Storage Location has been changed after the copy.
HF_202303004: Conditional formatting is broken for "isEmpty" for document attributes. Conditional formatting is broken in drop-downs. Before validation scripts are not run when defined in a dashboard used for displaying a document reference in dashboard layout. Text disappears when hovering a dashboard button with custom styling for specific hover colors.
