Symptoms
On the New Dashboard Technology in WebCenter, the dashboard is configured to import a zip file from MediaBeacon. This file is imported with the preview from MediaBeacon side, but OBGE fails to generate a new preview and thumbnail in the workflow. The new Dashboard technology does not allow configuring what kind of File type is being uploaded e.g. Desktop Graphics or Graphic file.

When view files are generated for documents on S3, the view files (name) gets an extra suffix. This changes each time the view files are being regenerated. The new view files are also pulled in the cache, but:
- the old view files and annotations are also still available in the cache.
- the annotations files are renamed (to have the same file base name as the view files), but the renamed ones are not pulled into the cache.
