Symptoms
- When adding a document to a document reference in Dashboards the page will show a message "Adding items...
- Preparing..." and gets stuck. This happens when the document being added is a copy or a new document.
- It is not possible to save the form.
- The issue occurs only if there is no Packaging Content Management license installed on the system or the Packaging Content Management Lists do not exist, but happens for all documents added to a document reference in Dashboards.
