Symptoms
Error: "Encountered an invalid state during execution. Only External authentication requests are acceptable".
Users encounter an error when approving documents as a delegate in WebCenter using SSO and active digital signature settings. The issue is resolved by logging out and logging in back into WebCenter, but re-occurs if the delegation is closed and another delegate is selected.
