Symptoms
In the card layout, the document thumbnail overlaps the label (document name).
This happens in a Saved Search configured via the document sources buttons (Configure actions and sources) within a document reference attribute. The Saved Search results do not display the document label as expected in the Cards Layout. However, the Grid view and List view display the document label correctly.
