Symptoms
The workflow node "Update Text Document“ does not change the "Master Language“ of text statements, when a SmartName is used to set the Master Language. It works as expected when a fixed value from the drop-down list is used, but it needs to work when a SmartName is used.

Installation Instructions
Run the installer EXE on the application server and follow the instructions.
NOTE: A side effect of installing this hotfix is that users with Guaranteed Access are correctly counted when checking for compliance with the Concurrent license model. If this calculation, with the Guaranteed Users taken into account, leads to an overrun of used licenses, other users than ADMIN can be blocked from entering the system. Even if users can initially enter the system, the number of effective concurrent licenses available for users without Guaranteed Access might be lowered and blocking users from entering the system at an earlier point than would have been the case before installing the hotfix.
BEFORE INSTALLING THE HOTFIX: Check if there is a risk of running into any of the above mentioned problems. The needed information can be found in the header of the Admin, Users page where there is an overview of available and reserved licenses. To prevent this issue, either reduce the number of users with Guaranteed Access or purchase and install an adequate number of named/editor licenses to cover the usage.
