Symptoms
When you create even only one additional Instance via the WebCenter Deployment Tool from the second Instance the usersearch.jsp will give the following error if you are logged in with an Admin User: "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."
Every new instance makes another page or two give this error. Pages that are giving the error in the Admin Section for example are:
mytodolist.jsp
sitedefaults.jsp
projmgmnt.jsp
projmgmnttmplts.jsp
passwordmgr.jsp
attributemgr.jsp
