Symptoms
In WebCenter 25.07, uploading an Excel file to a manually maintained list in the ListManager adds an unintended empty row at the end of the list. This results in dropdowns or form fields linked to these lists displaying an extra blank option, which can cause user confusion and potential data inconsistencies.
