Symptoms
Site goes down due to a failed autonaming causing an OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace issue.
Logfile contains : EJBException: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace
A document still existed within the interface with some temporary filename

HF_202511023_20260114_WCR-89877_WCR: Cleanup Tool fails to cleanup files.
HF_202511032_20260128_CS02013023_WCR: The order of documents is changing after saving when using the "insertDocumentInDocumentReferenceAfter" method, causing inserted components to break the intended order.

HF_202511043_20260211_CS02035620_WCR: In the first copy of a document created using the *Create Project* node, the attribute values are retained.
However, when the same flow is used to upversion the file with the *Create Project* node, all attribute values in V2 are blank.
