Symptoms
Create Merged Plate fails when trying to create a closed-circumference partial plate using Quartz Imaging Technology. When attempting to create a partial plate with the device’s full circumference using Quartz Imaging Technology, the Create Merged Plate task fails with the following error: It is not possible to run the Quartz workflow on partial plates! MC_SE - Headless merger failed to create job (error code: 109) MC_SE - <AE_CJErrorCode>109</AE_CJErrorCode>

This hotfix obsoletes prior hotfix 202511042 for Automation Engine 25.11
Installation Instructions
Stop the master Automation Engine 25.11 server (and assistants/standins if any) - install the hotfix on the server(s) - restart (them).
Additional installation notes to fix issues related to obsoleted hotfix 202511034 only:
- After installation, open the .prop files.
- Search for the line "enableImagesInSecondBar=true".
- Change the value to "false".
