Symptoms
When the user uploads a file (.zip) to a task, the file is transferred to the configured post correctly, but it is not retained within the task. As a result, the workflow cannot locate the document to proceed and deliver it. When attempting to upload a new file after relaunching the task, the system returns an error stating that not all changes could be saved.
- Uploaded .zip file with password is not retained in the task after upload
- Workflow cannot proceed due to missing document
- Error message when uploading file: "An error occurred while saving Documents in the Task. Not all changes could be updated."
