Symptoms
- Adding a manual task or subworkflow within a workflow automatically selects "Iterate over Attribute" by default.
- Previous versions (such as WebCenter 25.03) defaulted to "Do not iterate".
- Users may overlook the changed default behavior during workflow creation.
- Newly created workflows fail at runtime unless the iteration option is manually changed to "Do not iterate".
- Results in unnecessary workflow failures and additional manual intervention.
