Symptoms
The workflow is no longer processing after the Wait for View Files node executes, despite the view files being created and the document being visible.

This hotfix includes the following hotfixes:
Hotfix 202607003: Cloud OBGE connection creation fails in WebCenter 26.07.13 when Test Connection returns a 404 error.
Hotfix 202607004: JBOSS threads for Proof Report generation continue to be added, but they are not cleaned up. This overloads JBOSS and can cause it to crash.
Hotfix 202607009: PDF view file generation fails if Add Approval Information to Downloaded PDF option is ON
