Symptoms
- Approval/rejection intermittently fails with FileDoesNotExistException.
- User interface displays "File not found" during approval attempts.
- Log file reports: [FILENOTFOUND:FILENOTFOUND]: File not found caused by com.esko.webcenter.filestore.FileDoesNotExistException.
- Repeated approval attempts may eventually succeed after several minutes.
- The issue appears to be intermittent because the annotation XFDF file is eventually found, allowing the approval process to complete successfully.

Hotfix 202607003: Cloud OBGE connection creation fails in WebCenter 26.07.13 when Test Connection returns a 404 error.
Hotfix 202607004: JBOSS threads for Proof Report generation continue to be added, but they are not cleaned up. This overloads JBOSS and can cause it to crash.
Hotfix 202607009: PDF view file generation fails if Add Approval Information to Downloaded PDF option is ON

Hotfix 202607010: Workflow seems stuck. Node is not finishing execution.
Hotfix 202607013: Update Text Document Node incorrectly replaces Translation Content with Master Language Content
Hotfix 202607015: Attribute editability in dashboard is not working consistently for linked documents.
