Symptoms
Occasionally, some workflow nodes may fail with a deadlock error.
For example:
TEST.pdf: The SQL request is invalid. Transaction (Process ID **) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and was chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

This hotfix includes the following hotfixes:
Hotfix 202607003: Cloud OBGE connection creation fails in WebCenter 26.07.13 when Test Connection returns a 404 error.
Hotfix 202607004: JBOSS threads for Proof Report generation continue to be added, but they are not cleaned up. This overloads JBOSS and can cause it to crash.
Hotfix 202607009: PDF view file generation fails if Add Approval Information to Downloaded PDF option is ON
(Only the Application server changes)
Hotfix 202607010: Workflow seems stuck. Node is not finishing execution.
Hotfix 202607013: Update Text Document Node incorrectly replaces Translation Content with Master Language Content
Hotfix 202607015: Attribute editability in dashboard is not working consistently for linked documents.
Hotfix 202607019: At Approval with annotations, the annotation file is only found with a delay, causing a 'File not Found' error at first.
Hotfix 202607022: On import of Named Configuration with Attribute Category Viewer Dashboard an error is shown when the target already contains the dashboard.
