Symptoms
(Local and Network) License Manager online activation asks for proxy server settings while you would not expect this at all. In a network where no proxy server is being used and when previously, online activation may have worked well, it can now happen that the online activation asks to enter proxy settings. This is because the activation wizard cannot connect to the licensing services, so it proposes you to enter proxy server settings (if any) and/or check your firewall settings (if any)

Installation Instructions
Upgrade the existing version of the Local and Network License Manager with the newer version.
